All sales are final and all products sold by Repliglass are sold “as is” to the Buyer. The buyer assumes all responsibilities for determining the suitability of a product to suit their application and needs.

While we make every effort to provide technical information and assistance, we have no control over owner’s installation.

All parts/items we sell/provide are aftermarket parts, they are not genuine. No where do we indicate that an item or part is genuine listed within the site. 

All parts MUST be inspected prior FITTING to your vehicle to ensure you have the correct part we strongly recommend pre-fitting to ensure the part fits to your satisfactory state as every car is different due to age andany damage accrued in its life time etc.Any part that is modified or painted prior the installation process is not liable for a return or refund.

We shall not be responsible for any late shipments. Sometimes things happen that are out of our control. All shipping dates given are approximate only. Buyer shall not be entitled to charge-backs, reductions of price, or other offsets as result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. Any redelivery if neededmay incur an extra delivery charge depending on the terms of the transport company terms and conditions. 

All parts for sale at Repliglass are aftermarket and non-genuine, we are not responsible if this changes the warranty or RWC of your vehicle it is up to you to check the information prior purchase on the laws within your state.

Buyer understands the ramifications for having performance or after-market parts on a vehicle. Repliglass will not be held responsible for any misconception or disappointments associated with any of these parts. 

Repliglass is not responsible or liable for any damages or possible injury incurred upon possible accidents due to driver error, incorrect installations, faulty items, bad judgment or act of God, etc. Any part not installed by a qualified professional will void any refund or return policy. 

Information about products on this site are in general non-specific in their definition. Please note that most of our products are made to order, but there may be occasions where there is high demand for certain items that will create a longer time frame for the manufacturing process. We will notify you in this is the case on time frames and availability.

Repliglass accept no responsibility nor will be held liable for damages caused to Vehicles / Vehicle engines / Property / Loss of life / Injury or injury to others as a result of fitment of any of these products. 

Repliglass& its employees will not be held liable for any component failure resulting in Damages caused to: Vehicles / Property / Death / Loss of life / Limbs / Personal Injury or Injury to others as a result of. All aftermarket parts sold are non-genuine and, in some cases, do not meet the correct RWC requirements All work should be carried out by a Licensed Mechanic / Repairer / installer. If you do not agree with any of the Terms or Conditions set out above, please return goods unopened in the original packaging they come in for a refund minus freight costs.
